TenderScan DE operates on a Decision-based system. Business document analysis consumes two (2) Decisions, while personal document analysis consumes one (1) Decision.
Decisions are purchased through monthly subscription plans via PayPal. All prices are displayed in USD (with regional pricing available) and are subject to change with notice.
Unused Decisions roll over each month as long as your subscription is active. Decisions are non-transferable between accounts.
Due to the digital nature of our Service, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevented service delivery. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TenderScan DE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Unused Decisions may be forfeited upon termination for violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
